How do I fix a HD cable sized hole that goes from the outside of a stucco'd wall and into my apartment?

So in order to get the sweet sweet Direct TV, their contractors had to drill a hole through my apartment wall. The problem now, is fixing it so I won't get charged for it. The outside of the wall is stucco painted a brownish red color, and the inside is a normal looking wall (drywall). How can I fix this so the aprtment owner doesn't charge me?
