Is ACORN facilitating voter fraud?

It was reported in the weekly standard that ACORN was facilitating fraud and in the past week 4 states had offices raided by the feds. Do you think they are perpetrating voter fraud and do you think this might change the minds of people who are thinking of voting for OBAMA.
