Should i call him??????

okay so there was this guy in 7th grade. (im in 8th now). he was in my cl for half of the year then we had to move. he was in 9th grade. i went to a wierd charter school. his friend which was one of my best friends told me that he thought that i had a nice body. he also told people how was going to *** me. we never did it though. he always told me how hot i was and asked me if i thought he was hot. i always said he was cute but he was HOTT!! we always used to talk on the phone and stuff but now he's in high school and im still in middle. should i call him or not? if so what do i say? and he doesnt have a cell phone so his parents answer the phone. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?!
