Name of rap artist and this song?

My daughter and I have been trying to figure out the name of a rap song that was released between 1999 - 2001. All we can remember are a few lyrics.And they go like this "Andale, Andale, Mami, eya , eya ,oh oh." and that 's all we can remember.Can someone help us with this it's driving us crazy.
