What's the title of this movie?

I watched a indian film quite a long time ago on zee tv and like it very much but dont know its title as i didnt start from the beginning. it's about a man with double characters. he hated injustice and ignorance of people when his sister died because of electricity shock caused by carelessness. When he experienced injustice, he became a different person with super ability and killed those people. Really hope someone can give me its title and where i can watch it again.
