Is it possible to get an adult sim to have a relationship with a teen sim?

i had an axel sim a roxas sim and another sim i had roxas be related to the other sim and axel be a roomie of roxas and the other sim. i ended up killing the other sim so now axel and roxas arn't related but their living together. so my quetion is; is it possible for my axel sim to get in a relation ship with with my roxas sim?
