Does anyone have any advice for travelling to Normandy, Paris, and Dublin in January?

My friends and I are leaving for Paris at the end of this month. We are spending a week in Paris, a night in Normandy, and a week in Dublin. We could especially use advice regarding Normandy in January...as it is harder to travel there in winter.
