How long do cymbalta withdrawal symptoms take to appear?

i took my last cymbalta 60 mg yesterday around noon. it's nearly 4 now. i am having insurance difficulties so my prescription isn't ready yet. i have left 3 messages at the dr but she hasn't called back. i'm wondering if i should go up there and see if i can get a sample or two. i have a slight headache but no other withdrawal symptoms...i have heard they are hellish though so i'm trying to avoid that!
