How to take pictures off of iphone and dump them in a folder that is syncing as a webalbum via picasa?

I have a picasa account that has a folder that syncs online in the form of a web album. I want to keep adding pictures to this folder and conversely the web album by taking pictures with my iphone and importing them to this folder. I can't seem to find a way, however, to prevent any of Vista's picture programs from creating a new folder for every new import. Is there a way to get the photos off of my iphone automatically, dump them into one folder that I have designated to sync to the web via picasa and with no extra web albums being created?? Thank you!
