If these two bullies in school who recked my whole life are hurting my friend. They control her! HELP?

So these girls make my friend do anything they say and it can hurt me. They control her so I won't hang out with her. The bullies last year made all the kids in my grade hate me. This year too! I'm an outsider and my only friend in my grade is being controlled without my friend knowing. P.S.- I am very smart, I can sing, act, dance, and cheerleader!
