The reason why Phil has nine rings is because he got lucky and went to talented teams. when he was at the bulls, they had Dennis rodman, Jordan , and Pippen. they didnt need a coach to win the champ. When he was wit the lakers, he had Shaq, Karl Malone, and Gary Payton. Where was his coaching skills at the 2008 NBA finals, huh?, and to your answer and in my opninion, he is not the greatest coach
