What are some plants that are similar to the Jade Tree?

I have a Jade Tree and a Cactus, they thrive well with me because sometimes I forget to water them, especially during Finals week. All of my other plants: a Japanese Sky Pencil Bush, a Bromeliad, and one or two others have suffered though. So what are some other plants that like dry arid soil like the Jade Tree but are pretty?
