Why aren't law-abiding citizens irate that they have to fund the incarceration of coke-heads and stoners?

This is the most ridiculous rally to legalize drugs I've ever seen. Drug offenders are just umed to be nonviolent?! The guy that murdered the last murdered cop in Philadelphia--newly married, 25, wife is 7 months pregnant with their first child--was high as a kite on crack. 52% of all crime in this country is committed by offenders on drugs. One in 4 of state prisons is a drug user. But, sure, let's legalize them.
