Would you vote for a candidate that announces she's only gonna serve for one term?

Linda McMahon, CEO of World Federation Wrestling who is running for Senator in CT has said she will only serve one term so why is she spending $50 million on a campaign? Doesn't she want to stick around and deliver on all the promises she's ramming down our throats. Is one term all she needs to get into washington and take care of all her cronies and her special interests? I wouldn't vote for her just for one term..
