About dumping of emils to an Yahoo group?

I have 100 mail address in my mail address book. I want to dump them to a yahoo group . How can I do that? Now I add them using add member option in yahoo group. There is a limitation in this option. I can't add more than 10 per day. This is the restriction. Is there any import, export options to dump emails from our address book to yahoo group
