At The Mont Clare Perth Hotel, How Much Would It Cost For A Night?

Hello, I visited several websites of the Mont Clare and they all have different prices. on the first website it said $170.00. On the second website it said 150.00 and then on the third website it said it costs $100.00!!! So please if you know or have stayed there can you tell me the actual price? Thanks
